{"id":4673,"date":"2021-03-24T23:24:24","date_gmt":"2021-03-24T22:24:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/klf.de\/home\/?p=4673"},"modified":"2021-03-24T23:26:07","modified_gmt":"2021-03-24T22:26:07","slug":"jarvis-joins-the-rites-of-mu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/klf.de\/home\/jarvis-joins-the-rites-of-mu\/","title":{"rendered":"Jarvis Joins The Rites Of Mu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Without prior announcement as usual Monday saw the release of the next chapter from <em>Samplecity Thru Trancentral<\/em>, this time including an unexpected audiovisual treat on top of the music itself.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/klf.de\/home\/record\/solid-state-logik-part-2\/\"><em><strong>Solid State Logik 2<\/strong><\/em><\/a> compiles the extended mixes of the &#8220;big six&#8221; as well as a couple of additional tunes and B-sides, including a new edit of <strong><em>Kylie Said To Jason<\/em><\/strong>, and the one-off tracks Bill and Jimmy recorded as the One World Orchestra and the K Foundation. However, the most interesting track is probably <strong><em>Jarvis Joins The JAMs<\/em><\/strong>, a studio recording of the version of <a href=\"http:\/\/klf.de\/home\/record\/justified-and-ancient\/\"><strong><em>Justified And Ancient<\/em><\/strong><\/a> which has been performed in Liverpool back in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Along the compilation itself we also got an upload of the music video for <em><strong>Kylie Said To Jason<\/strong><\/em> which had been missing from the first round of uploads back in January, and the full version of the <a href=\"http:\/\/klf.de\/home\/the-rites-of-mu\/\"><em><strong>Rites Of Mu<\/strong><\/em><\/a> video narrated by Martin Sheen which had been intended for release back in 1992 but got pulled when The KLF left the music business.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Rn_ysTc1fxk<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Solid State Logik 2<\/strong><\/em> follows the <a href=\"http:\/\/klf.de\/home\/record\/solid-state-logik-part-1\/\">first part in the series<\/a> released in January, as well as <a href=\"http:\/\/klf.de\/home\/record\/come-down-dawn\/\"><strong><em>Come Down Dawn<\/em><\/strong><\/a> which got published in early February.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Without prior announcement as usual Monday saw the release of the next chapter from Samplecity Thru Trancentral, this time including an unexpected audiovisual treat on top of the music itself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4674,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"pgc_sgb_lightbox_settings":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[132],"tags":[403,610],"class_list":["post-4673","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","tag-rites-of-mu","tag-samplecity-thru-trancentral","wpcat-132-id"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
