The 1989 Power Remix single is an exclusive Austrian release of What Time Is Love? featuring remixes by German producer Jürgen Koppers.
The single got a timely re-release when the Live At Trancentral version hit one year later, though with huge discrepancies between the projected tracklist and the actual tracks. Despite being listed none of the 1990 releases seem to feature the full-length version of the Power Remix but the original Pure Trance versions instead.

While not featuring the actual 12″ version of the Power Remix, the 1990 CD single is notable for being the only source for the second Pure Trance mix in CD quality apart from the Japanese box set.
Interesting!, I never knew about the mispress element of this release, honestly can’t say I recall which my copy is or even if I’ve played it, it’s always been a random curio in the middle of the UK releases, think mine came from one of the many record fairs in the 90’s, will have to check the catalogue number on mine tonight…. which is more sought after though, original flavour or misspressed flavour 😀
Since the alleged “mispress” is the commonly available release it would actually be worth less than one with the actual Power Remix.
Just checked 9031-72896-0, haha, all these years and I never noticed, I swear this disc must be unplayed, at least by me, not a mark on it, is it too late do you think to get my money back 😀

Although I tink the Power Remix by Jürgen Koppers is the worst WTIL Remix of all, the CDS is still worth collecting because you get 2 original “old” WTIL Remixes on 1 CD.
I have to agree, after finding out my copy was a duff last week I sought out the ‘power’ remix and you’re right, it’s bloody awful, kind of glad I hadn’t heard it for 30 years on reflection
To be fair you can hardly improve upon the original mix to begin with. 😉
Correction: The CD Single came out with an 1990 reissue to cash-in with the LAT mix. It colided with a 12″ release that featured the same contents as the original Pure Trance release but had mislabelled mix titles. This was the first [err… second] time Mix 1 was issued in Austria.
Still wondering whether the pressings are correct and the tracklist is just messed up, or vice versa. Either way somebody really messed up big time. Still better than the Shamen’s “Transamazonia”, though…

Small correction: I’m pretty sure the so-called “KLF Version” on the vinyl releases was always Mix 2, not Mix 1 and the Mix 2 edit was a straight-forward “early fade” edit from the 12″.
To my research, there are three versions of WTIL Power mixes made by Jurgen Koppers.
Power Remix and 7″Remix AKA Power 7″ (this edit fades out) from here: https://www.discogs.com/The-KLF-What-Time-Is-Love-Power-Remix/release/2834830 (both are unique to this 12″ vinyl release. To my knowledge these were never released on CD or in digital form. Can you confirm it?
And there is also another remix called 7″Remix which is different version than one from 12″ vinyl.
